All United States Postal Service employees who work in the Central Pennsylvania Performance Cluster (PDF*). Any retiree from this group and anyone related to a current member through blood or marriage may join.

Additionally, employees of any company located in the Central Pennsylvania Performance Cluster that does business with the U.S. Postal Service are eligible to join POSTMARK Credit Union.
